Hi! I’m Biondi — CTO of Elfa by day, and by night the caretaker of a tiny explorable planet where my resume grew legs, put on a straw hat, and started running mini-games.

This blog is the quieter companion to that planet. It’s where the longer thoughts go: notes on building things, running engineering teams, shipping AI products, and the occasional detour into whatever rabbit hole ate my weekend.

A small honesty note about how the sausage is made: these articles are drafted conversationally with AI agents — I ramble, they structure, we argue, I edit — and the art around here is generated with AI tools too. The opinions, mistakes, and questionable metaphors remain lovingly human.
